I have a question for all of YOU.....
What is the ONE thing in your kitchen you can NOT live without. Only ONE thing.
Use the comments to post your answer and why you can't live without it! I will post mine as soon as I see what everyone else's is, so mine doesn't look stupid. Mwaahahaha :)

Water filter ... I loved water straight from the tap when I was living up in Alaska. But here in the south, it just doesn't taste the same.
ReplyDeleteCoffee maker, which I don't think is what you're looking for. So, I'd say frying pan.
ReplyDeleteIts exactly what I am looking for. Whatever you can't live without is what I want!!!
ReplyDeleteMy mini spatula. I use it twice a day and give it a half ass wipe before putting it back in the drawer so I never have to wait for it to be out of the dishwasher.. Other than that I'd say my 5 inch kitchen knife. It's so utilitous, I can't live without it. Also, gets a wipe off more than a run through the dishwasher.
ReplyDeleteMy Kitchen Aid mixer. I use it 4-5 times a week to make homemade bread, pizza dough, cookies, etc. It also has a pasta attachment so I can make homemade lasagna noodles and spaghetti. Best anniversary gift the hubs has ever got me! :)
ReplyDeleteHinkles Knives! I got them for a birthday gift a few years ago from my husband and I love them. Especially since he is the fanatic about sharpening them.
ReplyDeleteWhen Andrew moved into his apartment, I absolutely couldn't do anything without knowing exactly where the measuring cups were. When I make a recipe, I follow it to the T (which is why I believe my recipes end up so well). I mean, sure, I fake the measurements a lot, when I've got a recipe, you can be sure it'll probably be the same as the last time I made it, unless I've added something new.
ReplyDeleteOk so I realized I never added what I can't live without in the kitchen. TONGS, Wire Whisk, and a bench scrapper and a flat wooden paddle spoon. I am drawing out of a hat for a winner and I will be sending that person the one item off my list I think they will use based on what I know about their cooking habits!
